Our story
Mother Teresa is proud to be part of Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese's system of 80 Catholic primary and secondary schools operating across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains providing more than 43,500 students with a high-quality, low fee Catholic education.

Our Future
We are part of the Westmead Catholic Community and the exciting developments taking place to enhance Catholic education in Westmead. From Term 3 2026, our school, Mother Teresa Primary Westmead and our sister school, Sacred Heart Primary Westmead will be part of a new K-6 school at Darcy Road Westmead, using the name Sacred Heart. St Teresa of Calcutta will continue to be honoured, including through the new Mother Teresa Early Learning Centre to be located on-site at Darcy Road.
From Term 3 2026, the new Sacred Heart Primary will be in a state-of-the-art architect-designed building that is currently under construction as part of the Westmead Catholic Community project. We can’t wait to welcome your child to join our community and share in our bright future!
