Exciting changes are underway for Catholic education in Westmead. From Term 3, 2026, Sacred Heart Primary (Ralph Street) and Mother Teresa Primary, will come together as a new K – Year 6 primary school, Sacred Heart Primary Westmead, on our Darcy Road campus.
Our new school will be housed in a thoughtfully designed, modern school building that reflects our commitment to inspiring, modern learning with a strong faith foundation. Families can be assured that the high-quality learning and strong community experience of both schools will continue in our new Sacred Heart Primary School.

Our History
Mother Teresa Primary began to take shape in 2009 to meet growing demand in Westmead. The school officially opened at its Darcy Road location in 2012. Today, Mother Teresa Primary is a vibrant community offering quality education, guided by the compassion and care exemplified by Mother Teresa.
